I started myteabox.ca for the joy of surprises that come in the mail and the love of healthy and delicious loose leaf tea blends. It’s so fun to discover all the magic that tea can be, and I’m thrilled to share that discovery with you!

It’s a moment relished. That’s what excites us the most at myteabox.ca. We believe that by delivering amazing loose leaf tea, we are inviting you to take a moment to experience the delightful.
And we know it’s in the simple things: the aroma that greets you when you first open the tea package, the colours of the leaves (and flowers or nuts or fruit pieces; whatever is in a particular blend), the delicate swirl of the water as the steeping begins, the moment of anticipation while the infusion is forming, and of course, the flavour that dances on your tongue from the first sip to the last.
That’s why we’re thrilled to offer our amazing tea subscription box. We have taken great care to assemble the components of a delightful experience , starting with the moment you receive the box in your mail. And with three new teas delivered each month, it’s an experience you can repeat over and over again: never exactly the same, but always beautiful. After all, who doesn’t need more relished moments? ♥

When does it ship?
We ship once a month, on the 1st of each month. weekends and holidays excepted.
All of our teaboxes are sent via Canada Post as oversize lettermail, and as such they do not have tracking numbers. They are, however, small enough to fit into most mailboxes (so no need to go to the post office for collection, yay!).
Typically, teaboxes can take 4-10 business days to reach their destination, after leaving our haven of tea happiness in London, Ontario. However, shipping has been much slower than usual lately, as Canada Post has made adjustments in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and cannot guarantee delivery times.

If you sign up for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year prepay, you will be charged the full amount immediately.

What’s sweeter than getting a box of fun and surprising teas to try? (Hint: it’s getting another box the next month).
Gifting is easy! On the checkout page, simply select the checkbox next to “this is a gift”; then tell us the name of the gift recipient. If you also provide a gift message (optional). we will include this message in the first teabox.
You will see that we also ask for the recipient’s email address, which is optional. We would use this to send a shipping notification on the day of shipment.
