Your first box will ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Your second box onward
Renewals happen on the 1st of the month and ship around the 4th-6th.

In Canada, all of our tea boxes are sent via Canada Post as oversize Lettermail, which does not come with tracking. But they are small enough to fit into most mailboxes (so no need to go to the post office for collection, yay!).

Typically, teaboxes can take 7-12 business days to reach their destination, after leaving our haven of tea happiness in Vancouver, B.C.

In the USA, all our tea boxes are sent via USPS First Class Mail and come with tracking. Your box will arrive within 3-4 days anywhere in the mainland United States.

We ship high quality teas of all types, including pure teas, blended/flavored teas, and herbal tisanes. Many of our teas are award-winners from the Global Tea Championships, while others come from the master tea crafters of small family farms in China, India, Nepal, Japan, Sri Lanka, and more.

Month to month subscriptions

If you sign up before the 25th of the month, your first box will ship immediately and your subscription will renew on the 1st of the following month.

Ex: You sign up on January 12th, we ship your first box right away, then your account renews on February 1st for the February box, which ships the first week of February.

If you sign up on or after the 25th, your first box will ship right away and your account will renew on the 1st of the following month.

Example: You sign up on January 26th, we ship your first box right away, then your account renews on March 1st.

Longer Term Subscriptions

If you sign up for 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year term, you’ll receive a discount! Your subscription will renew on whatever terms you select, but you can cancel anytime.

Definitely. Cancellation is easy-peasy. Simply log in to your account to cancel or make changes to your subscription.

Please note that canceling your subscription will prevent future renewals, but it will not undo shipments you have already paid for.  So if you sign up for 6 months and cancel after 3 boxes, we will still ship the remaining 3.  You can contact us if you’d like to cancel mid term.
