Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your first order within 24 hours, Mon-Friday, excluding holidays in Canada or the USA.  Subsequent subscription orders are shipped out within the first week of the month. 

Orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail.  Unfortunately, Lettermail in Canada does not have tracking.
If we have sold out in Canada, we may ship your first box from our U.S. warehouse at our own expense. 

Orders in the USA are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and come with tracking.
